Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@fightform.co. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send approved returns to:

Return Shipping
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Fight Form will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
For all other returns (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Washed or laundered items — items that have been washed, dried, or otherwise laundered are not eligible for return. Many Fight Form products are made from natural materials that may shrink if care instructions are not followed. Please review the care label and product care instructions before washing.
- Hygiene-sensitive apparel — compression shorts, spats, rashguards, and any items worn directly against the skin cannot be returned once worn or removed from original packaging, for health and hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items — special orders and gear customized to your specifications
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@fightform.co. Damaged and defective items are handled separately from standard returns — we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it through the process above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right gear in your hands.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@fightform.co.
